Compac Homes is a 100% family-owned and operated business in Ohinewai, North Waikato. Being one of the original ‘Cabin Manufacturing companies in Aotearoa New Zealand in 2015, the Compac Homes team have led the way in cabin design and size, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Simon & Deb Fleming, proud owners since 2020, enjoy a close relationship with the founders of Compac Homes, who were building trailers until they saw a gap in the market for cabins on wheels.
Our cabins are fully customisable and no two are the same! Start with our standard floor plan as inspiration, then allow our experienced Design team to assist you with layout, surface finishes and fit-out creating a one-of-a-kind custom-built cabin.
