About Us
Co-Lab is a CCO owned by councils in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. We fulfil two key roles – an ideas laboratory for solving problems through council collaboration and a shared service agent of the shareholding councils e.g. we provide services such as water sampling and analysis, trade waste management, asset management and procurement support to some of our shareholders
