Vision: Connected Communities for Better Lives
Mission: To improve awareness, support and choice for those impacted by brain injury.
Our Services:
We work to break isolation and build empowerment through:
• FREE Support Groups – Monthly support groups provided by our community educator – a place for peers to connect, build emotional support networks and expand their social networks.
• Education Sessions and free resources – Workshops to improve understanding of brain injury and available resources on our website and social media.
• FREE Navigation Support – Tailored help for individuals and families to access services, advocate for themselves, and move forward with dignity.
