Join us at the 2025 Waikato Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting.

The AGM will commence at 5.15pm and all members are encouraged to attend. 

Online registrations essential.

• Notices of Motion due: Tuesday 30th September, 5.00pm to jenny.macgregor@waikatochamber.co.nz
• Board nominations open: Monday 29th September, 9am (minimum of two positions available).  Download the Board Nomination form here.
• Board nominations close: Friday 3rd October, 5.00pm 
• Voting period: Monday 13th October, 9.00am – Friday 24th October, 5.00pm

electionz.com, an independent election management company, will be managing the 2025 Board election. 

Nominees will be shared on our website when received.   

The AGM documents will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the meeting.
