Description
Different work habits.
Different values.
Different lifestyles.
The millennials are entering the workforce and are shaking up the status quo.
It’s time we understood this generational divide and figure out how, through collaboration, workplace design, culture and process we can create the workforce of the future.
Join us as we talk to some of the experts and bring all generations into the one room to discuss.
Corene Walker
Unpack the generational differences by looking through a practical and psychological lens. Corene will unearth some of the differences between the generations and provide context to some of the commonly misunderstood traits of both generations, before offering industry examples of proven strategies that deliver the most effective collaboration.
Bernard Powell
Design a workplace that works for everyone. Using his award-winning experience, Bernard will outline how to design and develop a workplace, including the systems, environment, culture, processes and programs, that best initiates intergenerational collaboration and understanding.
