BIO: Silke is a Principal Project Manager leading a consultancy based in the Waikato. She holds a PMP certification from PMI and a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Germany. With over 15 years of project management experience across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania, Silke has a rich background in diverse and complex projects. Currently she is supporting companies as a Project Manager improving processes in factories, renewing assets for councils and helping companies expand into Germany.
