Short Bio:
Brooke Hayde is an Olympian, mindset coach, and motivational speaker who played 176 games for the New Zealand hockey team, winning Gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Drawing on a decade of experience in high performance sport, she now works with businesses, teams, and individuals to help them thrive under pressure. Brooke is also the owner of O-Studio Hamilton, a purpose-built wellness hub opening in June at 18 London Street. Known for her relatable and practical approach, she is passionate about showing people how investing in their wellbeing can drive both personal fulfillment and professional success.
