Description
Optimise staff capacity and capability to overcome employee dependency. Review how dependent a business is on one or more employees, and:
- Explore why sole staff dependency has a negative effect on business growth
- Learn strategies to retain and improve HR performance in the organisation
- Identify how dependent the business is on the owner and/or manager
- Learn why it is important to delegate and to develop effective strategies to delegate
Tom Rodden has many years of experience as a business owner and educator. He has also coached a number of business owners and is currently a business mentor at BMNZ.
